I made these t-shirts for my daughters. They are both Dr. Who fans. I used the Gallifreyan image generator to make their names in Gallifreyan. I then saved the image to my computer and randomly filled in some of the shapes. Using my Cricut Explore, I cut out white vinyl and ironed it onto a pre-washed t-shirt. They love them! I am so happy the shirts turned out so well.

Click on the text "SVG file", it opens in a new window and you can then right-click, do a save as SVG. All files are free.
Mac user - The Chrome browser works best. Once you open the image control-click to save as.
