Cut the black and green lines, score on the red and orange lines. The sample was cut from two different papers. I made the file about 11" wide. I could get two boxes from one sheet of 12 x 12 paper. Finished size is about 3" tall.
Click on the text "SVG file", it opens in a new window and you can then right-click, do a save as SVG. All files are free.
Mac user - The Chrome browser works best. Once you open the image control-click to save as.
